
Midfielder Daddy Abdulrahman has completed a move back to El-Kanemi Warriors after spending the last two seasons with another Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) side, Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC).
El-Kanemi Warriors officially unveiled Abdulrahman as their player for the new season over the weekend at the Colonel Abdulmumin Aminu Camp, Maiduguri.
The midfielder expressed excitement at joining the project of El-Kanemi Warriors, adding that he is ready “to give my all” to the success of the club.
“I sincerely appreciate the (club) chairman and the board members for the love and concern they’ve shown me. I’m here to give my all to El-Kanemi Warriors. I’m excited to be part of the transformation happening in this great club. To all El-Kanemi Warriors FC fans worldwide, in sha Allah, we are going to make you proud,” said Abdulrahman.
The club chairman, Madam Ibrahim Mainu Mustapha, expressed with Abdulrahman’s decision to rejoin the club.
El-Kanemi Warriors will begin their campaign for the new season later in August when they play hosts to Bendel Insurance on the opening matchday.
