Abia Warriors defender, Collins Nwoburuoke, has taken time to write Abia Warriors fans and followers in the wake of the team’s back-to-back defeats in the ongoing Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.
The club’s teeming supporters across the globe are obviously unhappy over the recent poor results that have pushed Umu Chineke further down the league table into 12th place, sparking a wave of emotions among the supporters.
Abia Warriors lost to Heartland FC in an Oriental Derby at Umuahia Township Stadium, and despite going in front against Lobi Stars in Lafia, in their last fixture, they still went on to lose at the end of day.
These results did not go down well with the club’s supporters who are asking questions of the team’s capability to better last season’s performance.
Following this development, Nwoburuoke in a letter he wrote to the fans and made available to the club’s media, has now assured the fans of the team’s commitment and resolve to battle in all fronts for positive results going forward.
“Warriors’ Nation, don’t lose faith! We’ve faced tough times, but our resilience and determination will carry us through. We’ll regroup, recharge, and come back stronger!

“Abia Warriors fans, your unwavering support means everything! We’re committed to delivering results and making you proud. We’ll work tirelessly to restore our winning tradition.
“To the entire Warriors’ Nation, we appreciate your loyalty and patience. We’re rebuilding, recharging, and refocusing. Our winning culture will be restored, and we’ll dominate the pitch once more.
